Pricing and New Features Announcement

At YachtCloser, we are constantly striving to add new features and enhancements to improve your overall experience.  As many of you know, we've been adding enhancements to YachtCloser on a regular basis since 2011 and have left prices flat. In an effort to provide new features and services, which will further streamline your business, we will be updating our pricing structure  as of August 1, 2015. New pricing is available at:

Even though we need to make an adjustment in the base price, we're committed to maintaining a low cost, high-value product for our customers.  The good news is this pricing change comes with great new features available to you:

NEW FEATURES COMING  by early August 2015:

  • Network (MLS) - Instantly search the inventory from over 220 brokerage companies on the YachtCloser Network and create co-brokerage deals without having to re-enter any information.  For Co-Brokerage deals, you're only seconds away from populating your PSA and sending an offer to your Buyer. Also allows shared documents between brokers for more streamlined communication.
  • Company Owned Boats (New & Used) - If you take trades, sell new or used boats, you'll love YachtCloser even more.  Now you can experience all the time saving features available to brokerage boats  for your new and used boats.  Electronic Signatures, Standard and Custom Documents, etc. (available starting at the 2-4 user plan)
  • Coast Guard Database Integration - Instantly cross reference the U.S. Coast Guard Vessel database to verify your vessel information.  Conveniently merge missing information and ensure you have the correct Hull Number and Owner or Entity name prior to closing. 
  • New Documents (Contracts) page - Sending contracts to your clients is now even easier.  Add comments to eSign request, bundle documents in single or multiple PDF's, select multiple copies, etc.  The newly designed page loads faster and avoids clutter.
In addition to the above mentioned items, we've also made the following improvements:
  • New Fees and Finances page redesign
  • New Referrals pages and functionality
  • Auto Calculate sales tax based on %
  • Trade Value - display as numeric or alternate text
