Dealer Inventory Permissions

To grant permission for other members of your team to have access to New / Used Dealer Inventory, please do the following:

1. Go to Account / Location Info / Users

2. Select the user for whom you'd like to grant access (click View)

3. Grant them one or more of the following permissions:

• Dealer Agent: Can see Dealer inventory and create quotes. Does not have access to add/edit inventory or see inventory cost.

• Inventory Mgr Location: Can add / edit company inventory for their location. Able to view inventory cost for their location's inventory.

• Inventory Mgr Company: Can add / edit company inventory and see cost pricing for the whole company.
