YBAA Listing Agreement changes

In an effort to comply with the most recent YBAA Listing Agreement forms changes, for line #5 of the Listing Agreement there is a field "as __________ indicate which capacity: Sole Owner, Joint Owners or Corp Owner". You will need to fill this title out in the Seller tab under the Signer's Title field under the Display Company/Trust name on Contract section. You do not need to Select "Yes" for the Company or trust field and you may simply just use the Signer's Title field to enter this info s seen below:
