YachtCloser Release 55

The following release notes outline the major changes that will impact users.  The release may also contain general bug fixes and under-the-hood type of improvements that are not visible to users.  

Ability for brokers to specify a default sort order on Current Inventory Page

Brokers now have the ability to specify a default sort order for the current inventory page.  Simply go to Account>Preferences>Inventory and select a default sort order from the dropdown. If a default is not selected the current inventory page sorts in order of Most Recent.

Default Options are:
Inventory Type - alphabetical order (Brokerage, Dealer New, Dealer Used)
Most Recent - most recently added listing is shown first
Year - sorts old to new
Make - alphabetical order
Model - alphabetical order
Length - sorts small to large
Price - sorts low to high
Listed Date - sorts new to old
Days - sorts small to large

When Importing BoatWizard listings ALL Active listings will be displayed

Previously, if a BoatWizard listing was already connected to a YachtCloser listing we did not include it in the list of BoatWizard listings available for import. This has caused some confusion so we now include ALL active BoatWizard listings and a small YachtCloser logo will be displayed next to listings that are already connected. NOTE: if a listing is already connected it cannot be imported.

Ability to Import Dealer New and Dealer Used inventory from BoatWizard

Previously all BoatWizard listings were imported into YachtCloser as Brokerage type inventory. Now you have the ability to import Dealer New and Dealer Used inventory types.

• If Condition = 'New' in BoatWizard the listing will import into YachtCloser as Dealer New.
• If Listing Type = 'Trade-In' in BoatWizard the listing will import into YachtCloser as Dealer Used.

Note: To import dealer inventory into YachtCloser the broker must have Dealer Agent and Inventory Manager roles turned ON.

'Available for Co-Broker' added to Dealer Inventory 

Brokers now have the ability to identify dealer inventory as being available for co-brokerage.  The 'Available for Co-Broker' option has been added to the Inventory/Pricing page as a Yes/No radio button with the default being set to No.  This setting will be published to BoatWizard for dealer inventory.
