Locating a boat on MLS for Co-Brokerage Deal

To locate a boat for a Co-Brokerage Deal, navigate to the MLS tab and enter the search criteria. You may enter in the boat information or search by the individual Broker or by the Brokerage, then select the Search button.  Once you select the Search button, the results will populate. You may click on the View button to view a listing and make an Offer:

The following screen will appear and you can view the vessel details by clicking on Specifications, Descriptions, or Gallery.  You can email the broker, or click the Make Offer button to create a deal.  If you make an offer via the Make Offer button, a deal will be created in your account and all you need to do is enter the Buyer information and Terms of the Deal and you are ready to send an offer to the Buyer for signature.Client Information:

  1. Client Information WILL NOT be shared with the Buyers Broker.
  2. Upon creating the Deal, Seller information will show as "Owner of Record".
  3. Listing Broker chooses if/when to share client info with Selling Broker prior to the Deal transitioning to Deal status.  Once the deal transitions to Deal status all seller information except for email addresses will be visible to the selling broker and editable to allow for timely updates for closing  - for more information on how a sellers information is displayed, click here

* Please Note:

If the Listing Broker does not correctly have the Listing in their Inventory tab in "Listing" status, their listing will then not be visible in the YachtCloser MLS tab and you will need to contact the Listing Agent so they may take action to correct this.
