How to Change the Status of a Cancelled Deal Record
You can easily change the status of a Cancelled deal record. First, find the Cancelled deal by selecting My Cancelled from the current-view filter drop-down menu on the Deal tab, as displayed below.
You can click on the status Cancelled or on the Change Status link in the Actions column to change the status of the cancelled deal.
A box similar to the one below will appear. Select the new status value in the drop-down menu and click Save.
Note: If there is a signed Purchase and Sale Agreement for the cancelled deal, you will have the option to change the status back to Deal status. If there is not a signed agreement yet, then Pending status will not be an option.
