How to Add a Note to a Deal

YachtCloser allows notes to be added to a deal.  This is available to all users.

To add a new Note, View the appropriate deal record.

The NOTES button is available on most pages within the deal.

When you add a new note, YachtCloser saves the date and time as well as who input the note.

If your company utilizes our YachtCloser Documentation services, the broker or admin can send notes to the documentation agent and the documentation agent can send you notes as well.  The Doc Agent assigned to your closing will receive an email notification of the new note immediately which allows for streamlined communication recorded within the deal for future reference.
