How to Add Upcoming Activity to a Client Record

DESCRIPTION:

You can add and track activities with your clients such as appointments, closings, phone calls or sea trials under the Client tab. 

Pull up the specific client record by clicking the View button on the Client tab.

Go to the Activity Log page and click the Add Activity button, as displayed below.

The following screen will appear, choose the Type of activity, for this example I selected Sea Trial, and add the Date, Time and any corresponding Notes.  Then click Ok.

You will be reminded of the upcoming activity on your main Helm page under the Upcoming Activity box, as displayed below.
