CYBA Listing Agreement Declarations

On the last page of both the CYBA Listing Agreement and CYBA Open Listing Agreement, there is a section for the Seller to declare Additional Information prior to signing the document.  

When you send the Seller an eSign invitation from YachtCloser, he/she will be prompted to answer these questions prior to creating their electronic signature, as displayed below.

The answers the Seller selects for the Additional Information section will not only save on the Listing Agreement document, but those declarations will save to the Declarations page under Inventory / Terms.
