How to Add Additional Terms to your Listing Agreement

If your Listing Agreement contains an Additional Terms section, you can add the Additional Terms under the Inventory / Terms page.  Click on the blue Additional Terms button, as displayed below.

After you click on the Additional Terms button, the following box will pop up.  Type in the Additional Terms and select OK.

Go to the Documents page to preview the Listing Agreement.

Please note: If the contract does not contain an Additional Terms section, we recommend that you use the Amendment to the Central Listing Agreement, see help article How to Create an Amendment to Listing Agreement.
