How to Add Additional Terms to your Purchase and Sale Agreement

If your Purchase and Sale Agreement contains an Additional Terms paragraph or section, you can add those Additional Terms in YachtCloser on the Deal / Terms page.  Click on the Additional Terms button, as displayed below.

The Additional Terms pop-up will display.  Type the additional terms text desired and click OK.

Go to the Documents page to preview the Purchase and Sale Agreement.

Please note: If the document does not contain an Additional Terms paragraph, we recommend that you use the Amendment to the Purchase and Sale Agreement.
