How to Specify Company Default Settings (for Admins only)
Note: to add or update Company Information a user must have Company Admin privileges.
To Specify Company Default Settings go to:
- Account Tab / Company Info page
- On the right, select "Brokerage Settings" or "Dealer Settings"
- Add the desired default settings:
Brokerage Settings
Inventory Settings:
- Available for Co-Broker
- Commission %
- Minimum Commission
- Enable Co-Listing
- Do Not Publish (new inventory) - if this setting is selected, YachtCloser will not automatically publish inventory listings to BoatWizard when minimum requirements are met. The brokerage can publish the listing when they are ready.
Deal Settings:
- Survey Allowance Adjust Commission
- Update BoatWizard On-Sale Pending Status - if this setting is selected YachtCloser will update the BoatWizard status to On-Sale Pending when an inventory listing has a signed deal linked to it.
- Documentation Fee
- Registration / Title Fee
- Processing / Other
Dealer Settings
