How to Verify if a Document has been eSigned
You can check to see the status of an eSignature from the Documents page for both inventory and deals. Select the document and then click on the Log button under Options. The Log button gives you complete visibility over all activity relating to your documents. You will be able to verify if a document has been sent for eSign, if a party has viewed the eSignature, and if it has been electronically signed by any party.
The Log displays the date, time, and IP address for all activity related to the selected document. As you can see in the example below, the log shows that an eSign invite for a Listing Agreement was sent to the seller and the listing broker's authorized signer. The seller viewed the eSignature email and signed. The listing broker's authorized signer has not yet viewed or signed the document.
