How to Create a Purchase and Sale Agreement
To create a Purchase and Sale Agreement, go to the Deal tab and click the Add Deal button, as displayed below.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are the Listing Broker and already have the Listing under the Inventory tab, do not add a new deal. You can turn the current inventory into a deal by clicking the OFFER button under the Actions column on the Inventory page, as displayed below.
If you are creating a new deal, the following box will appear. Select which applies to you and click Ok.
If you are the Selling Broker Only or the Listing Broker Only, you will need to add the other broker's information. Click on the blue Broker Search button to pull in the other broker.
If the other broker is a YachtCloser user, you can easily pull them into the Deal by using the Instant Search box. Or if they are not a YachtCloser user, simply click on New Broker.
1) Add Buyer Info
2) Add Seller Info; If you are the Listing Broker and clicked the Offer button to turn an existing Inventory into a Deal, the Seller information will automatically transfer over.
3) Add Vessel Info; If you are the Listing Broker and clicked the Offer button to turn an existing Inventory into a Deal, the Vessel information will automatically transfer over.
4) Add Terms (ie: Offer Amount, Contract Date, Closing Date, etc..)
Go to the Documents page, and click on the Add Documents button.
Check the box for Purchase and Sale Agreement and click the Add button.
To preview the document, click the View button.
To send the document for eSignature, select Purchase and Sale Agreement and then select the Esign button. For more information see help article How to Send a Listing Agreement for Electronic Signature
